As UX designer, you will be responsible for how the digital interfaces of our 3 products feel, i.e. the carrier app (used by 500+ carriers), the customer dashboard (for our 5400+ customer users) and the operator dashboard (for our soon-to-be 50 or so internal users).
You will also lead the creation of a new product interface: the carrier company dashboard, where a company can manage its carriers and delivery assignments.
You will own the user adoption performance metrics of new product developments and leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights for product iterations.
You will leverage your understanding of users’ emotional and functional needs to create an enjoyable experience and an intuitive adoption of product features. You will use analytics and creativity to solve UX problems.
As a UX, you are not a UI designer (you will work with the UI designer and our design system) and report directly to the Head of Product.
